However, they still insisted on charging us, even though their employee allegedly came for the rescue. We had no way to confirm if they had actually been dispatched. When we returned the car, they said we had to pay a basic rescue fee of 35,000 ISK. When I tried to explain and negotiate, they directly charged my credit card without my consent and forced me to sign, then rushed us to the airport. Their attitude was extremely rude. I spent 9,000 RMB on this car rental and received such poor service. I am extremely disappointed and upset. It was truly a horrible car rental experience.

Our flight was delayed by four hours and we arrived at midnight, but there was someone holding a Procar sign waiting for us as soon as we left the airport. We were picked up in a Mercedes MPV, which made a great first impression!
