The rental company is very convenient.

Arrived at the store late at night, scheduled to pick up the car at midnight. The staff was changing shifts, and the black female employee taking over was very arrogant, with a difficult-to-understand accent. Even when I asked her to repeat herself, she didn't slow down, making it very frustrating. If I were in my home country, I would have yelled at her. I had reserved a Grand Cherokee but got a Dodge Journey instead. Although the car was new, its power was much worse than the Grand Cherokee. Dollar is playing word games, claiming 'Grand Cherokee or similar' when there isn't anything similar. I've rented from Dollar several times, never getting the specified model. Very disappointed with Dollar and won't use them again.

The service at the Kennedy Airport location was average. It might be because it was busy with many people. The staff seemed indifferent, passable at best.

At Kennedy Airport, you need to take the AirTrain to get to the rental office.

We had to wait for a vehicle for 2 hours. This was due to original booking stating 4.00pm pick up but flight details were amended by the carrier so we arrived earlier. Vehicle wasn’t that clean. No portable GPS devices available sine Covid.

You should not advertise free GPS when this is not available from the renter!
