They provided a nearly new car, and the handling was excellent.

On the first day, after passing through an unavoidable muddy pothole, the car's mudguard fell off while driving. The company assisted with a replacement car without any hassle! Unfortunately, at the time of the replacement and when returning the car after a week-long trip, they did not inform me of any subsequent charges. Fortunately, the repair cost was just over 3,000 TWD, and the rental platform fully reimbursed me!

Initially received a car that seemed to have some accident damage but they changed it. Struggled to locate the pick up but when we found it the staff were helpful.

Excellent brand new car which exceeded expectation. Very friendly and efficient operatives in parking lots on pickup and drop off. Only glitch was an unexpected charge of 588GBP which caused some unease, but QEEQ dealt with for me. We didn't seem to get correct paperwork on pick up, but it was all sorted in the end.

Excellent, its often difficult to contact booking agencies if problems occur, but QEEQ responded immediately about an unexpected charge that appeared on my account, and dealt with it for me. Deal was good value for money.

While booking the car online, the deposit amount was not mentioned as 5USD, where as when we took over the car, the amount blocked on my credit card was around USD700. I believe they should be transparent regarding the deposit amount, during the time of booking online. Also during the hand over of the card, I was not given any document which says that I handed over the car in proper conditions & the fuel tank was full during the hand over. A confirmation document should be given to customer when the car is dropped off.
