Even though it was supposed to be a Mitsubishi, they gave us a different model, which was actually smaller. They insisted it was the same model.

Only issue was Apex systems were down which made it take a bit longer on pickup other than that was hassle free, shuttle bus to and from airport is regular and quick

Easy to book and price protector is a nice bonus!

drove in a vehicle have booked for. a bit wait for both pick up (Wellington airport) & drop off (Auckland airport), not that smooth. counter staff at pick up didn't introduce his products, had to offered myself. they should get more stuff on both ends to reduce the queues faster.

Good vehicle overall and had no problem.
