The car pickup and return process was very efficient, and the service was good. No aggressive upselling of insurance.

Do not add extra insurance. An additional 500 yuan deposit was charged. It would be better to have Chinese-language services for Chinese tourists.

The pick-up location in Zagreb is not far from the long-distance bus station, situated under a small hotel. It felt dubious at first, with such a big company having an office there, but it's legitimate. The staff were very thorough, and the car was parked in a nearby lot. Returning the car at Zagreb Airport was convenient. The inspection staff were extremely keen, quickly spotting any scratches and setting the compensation price, which felt like a money grab. However, the process was efficient and the staff were polite.

Car exceeded my expectation and had no issue with it driving from Dubrovnik to Milan. Only problem was the gas tank was only 2/8 full and it was hard to calculate how much gas we had to put in the tank as we were driving more than 1, 500 kilometers so we brought it back 7/8 full.
