The service attitude was quite good, and the process was clear and simple. However, the waiting time at the airport was quite long. Since their store is outside the airport, they don't have a shuttle bus, but call an Uber to pick us up. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes at the designated Uber pick-up location at the airport. It might be because the Uber driver was not familiar with the airport's layout. I saw another family arrive at the Uber pick-up after us but got picked up by Uber and taken to the store before us.

Car was great, process was simple and quick. Only comment was I waited for a pickup shuttle at the airport took a half hour... this was mainly due to me not noticing the small "carhood" sign on the white van. Could benefit from having better advertising/signage on the van like some of the other rental companies.

Price ending up being more than expected.

The car and the condition is good. But I was abit thrown off by the absurd penalties cos it’s extremely high and unreasonable. And I also don’t like that the insurance add ons are presented last minute and pressured you to take the insurance by scaring you with the penalties

Had my bond held due to 'missing eTag' that wasn't actually missing just needed to look further (or have it mounted properly). There was a lack of communication in regards to this issue. Initially i was told it was lost but not provided with any evidence evn though they claimed that there was a photo showing the eTag prior to me collecting. After it was located i wasn't informed that the issue had been resolved althoygh i did get notification that the bond had been returned. The communication could have been better, it's not pleasant being accused of taking an eTag and having the bond held so comminucation is important.

Like: Car share is good.
Dislike: The car we had was fairly old and manual. I wasn’t aware of this when booking.
