Service attitude was good, but the car was given with an empty tank. They promised to refund the extra fuel I added in cash, but when I returned the car, they didn't mention it. I was in a rush to catch my flight and forgot to bring it up. There was no return point at the airport. I parked in the lot and agreed to pay the parking fee. They charged me 40 liras, but someone at the airport later said it should be 12 liras.

Renting a car was very convenient. The staff was particularly friendly. Due to a system error, my flight information was lost, causing a delay of an hour as I waited at the domestic terminal while they waited at the international terminal in Izmir airport. However, they eventually came to find us, and they were very patient.

Rented a renault clio car. Renault clio gave the symbol because there was no vehicle available.If the company does not have a rented car, an upper segment car should have been given. Lower segment gave the car. Meanwhile you want the price difference. The company did not provide 900 miles. He said he had a 750-mile limit. I am not satisfied with the company. I want a refund. If you don't help, I'il sue.
