When we arrived at this distant pickup location, we found it inexplicably closed. There was a note on the door telling us to go to another train station address to get the car. Couldn't they have sent an email or a message in advance if that was the case? We had to quickly check the map and head to the other location. Since they had changed locations, the new office wasn't prepared with the necessary documents. We had to redo the contract. The staff were polite and there was no queue, but the process was very slow. The car was not the one we originally booked, though its condition was good.
