The app showed that both pick-up and drop-off were at the airport, but the actual location was ten kilometers away in a remote area. The rental company is very unprofessional. I waited over an hour at the airport to get the car, and over half an hour to return it. The car was handed over with an empty fuel tank. The condition of the car was also terrible, with maintenance lights on when I received it.

Terrible location and poor service! The staff at the store refused to let me use their phone to call the police. I had to pay extra charges for mileage when extending my rental. The extra rental days did not include additional mileage, which also required extra fees! A horrible car rental company! Total scam!
