Just present your QEEQ order to the counter staff, who will record your international driving permit information, authorize the pre-authorization deposit, and provide necessary instructions. When picking up the car, note any existing dents or scratches, which the staff will also document. Once this is done, you can drive off. Returning the car to a different location was quick (as long as no new scratches were added). Since we were in a rush, we didn't wash the car, but weren't charged a cleaning fee. The pre-authorization deposit was refunded two days after returning to our home country. Thumbs up!

The staff deliberately arrived two hours late when returning the car, which delayed the return process. Today, I checked the bill and saw that an extra day's rental fee of $500 was deducted from my deposit.
