Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

“Won’t come back due to car condition”

1) Both side mirrors were glazed which made me very difficult to see the view in them. Unsafe driving 2) the fuel level when I picked up the car was not full. The Tamra staff refused to top it up to full.

The car interior cleanliness is less satisfactory. There were coffee spills on the sunshade and liquid mark in the cup holder. Dash was dusty which I guess the cleaner only cleaned the exterior.

“Cheap car with difficulties”

It was an old smelly car! Never had before. As it was an LPG tank in the storage space we could not fit our luggage! Aft seat belt lock was broken! No other car available and Tamra rejected to come to our Hotel to repair! Address in www was wrong so we had big difficulties to return the car Further it was said: if you like to have a safe car you have to pay more....
