Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

Counter staff was very polite. I received whatsapp messages to inform me the shuttle bus services was over and was directed to a youtube video to know the directions to the pickup point. Video was clear and easy to understand. There were lots of scratches on the exterior of the car which can be repaired so as to improve the overall outlook of the vehicle and also for the driver. But the value and vehicle engine works well for my case, so I have nothing major to complaint.
