It was okay. I arrived in Los Angeles at 11 PM, and when I found the rental office, there were only two counters open. I waited nearly two hours to get the car. However, the process of giving me the car was straightforward, unlike some companies that secretly downgrade you a level. The car was relatively new as well.

Overall, it was pretty good. I'm just not sure if they'll find excuses to deduct money later. I didn't buy the collision damage waiver. When I arrived, an elderly lady told me that it's illegal not to buy it in Los Angeles. I directly replied, 'I just want to break the law, is that not allowed?' She was speechless afterward.

Excellent experience. The staff confirmed that insurance was purchased with no upselling at all. You can freely choose any available vehicle in the designated area! The cars are very new, and the keys are inside, so you can just drive off.
