予約時に日本語ピックアップガイド利用可能となってましたが、実際は利用日以降のサービス提供とのことで利用できませんでした。実際は必要ありませんでしたので問題ございません。

スタッフの数が少なく，日本語も全く通じないので時間がかかりすぎた。車は古く両サイドミラーが汚くて見にくいし、バックモニターも途中から映らなくなった。燃料を満タンにしたが帰りの空港までの走行で少し減った為か、後日100ドル請求された。 今後Hertzは利用しないだろう。

予約は簡単で使いやすい。 価格が安いかどうかはわからない。
