The return process was a bit slow

Both pickup and return were very convenient. The car wasn't very new, but the service was quite good.

Lady at the counter was lovely! Car wasn't that comfortable, I knew it was a small car, but yaris is much more comfortable than vitz and you can feel the difference while driving
