JC is the worst car rental company I ever dealt with.

Enjoyed driving the car, but it was very dirty

Generally smooth, but you should find a better way for customer to arrange for pick up at airport to get to your site away from the airport

It was great to be picked up at the airport both ways by the car we actually rented. The Nissan /Rogue was brand new , it was its first rental.Carlos was helpful and courteous. The only drawback is the SunPass "trap". It was mandatory no matter what. At $10 a day for 4 days, it was still bearable but for a longer period of time, it would have been less pleasant

I lot of extra fees when receiving the car we order. Ended up being a must and instead of a Camero.

First they delivered the vehicle without gasoline, without water for the windshield and it was dirty. The last day I was stopped by the police since there was a car registration verification and it was expired 1 year ago. they added the tolls fee without consent.

I didn't get a car. They took my deposit and gave away the vehicle. Said I was to be there earlier in the day. This is a second time you have done this to me and stole my deposit. You are a group of people I don't ever want to do business with again in the future. The only car company that not once but twice has taken a deposit and not had a car available when I got there.
