Like: The lot attendant was very helpful at COS, noting several missing items and damage on the bumper of the vehicle before I left the lot.
Dislike: The reservation was for a Toyota corolla, but I was given a Hyundai Elantra and was told that there were no corollas available, nor any vehicles which I could be upgraded to. The vehicle was missing the floor mats and there was minor cosmetic damage on both the front an rear bumpers.

“Its was just ok Dissapointed with no assitance with ar seat, spent almost 40 mins trying to get it”

I though that the staff were very ignorant and unhelpful when I needed assitance with the child seat, also I asked for a toll tag and never received it, there seemed to be nobody at the desk when I needed assistance. Need more task lighting in the pick up area, how is anyone suppose to install a seat in bad lighting

Took a bit long time to pick up the vehicle in Palm Spring mainly due to the demand and flight arrival - Dollar must offer a great rates and service, since no other rental comp had any lines ups. Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the performance of the vehicle- Toyota Prius. Great on gas!
