The staff is seriously understaffed, waited for a long time, and the system crashed during this period, almost missed my flight! Explain gps and basics of the car

This is an off-site location on Mannheim Road south of ORD. The pick-up involves taking the airport shuttle to the rental car center, then calling Routes for a pick-up. (Two shuttles altogether on pick-up.) Getting back to the airport after returning the car was easier, though: The Routes shuttle dropped returning passengers directly at their terminals rather than at the rental car center -- a nice touch.

Reasonable rental price.

Car safety like collision sensor needs servicing as indicated in the dashboard otherwise its excellent experience and driving performance.

Staff are easy to deal with.
