Luckily, we checked the bill before going through security and noticed the amount was far off from our reservation. Since RentACar website had no consultation option, we went to the counter and explained the situation. The staff was helpful and canceled the extra charges. We were fortunate! The counter service advised us to always check our contract before taking the car. We couldn't relax for a moment; if we had noticed this back in our country, it would have been impossible to resolve.

This is a large company with a lot of business. I changed my booking to Alamo last minute, and since I originally prepared a translation for another company, I had to use my phone to create a driver's license translation for Alamo. The branch manager helped me print it out, which took some time but was helpful. I wanted to rent a Japanese midsize SUV, but all the midsize options were Jeeps, which was a bit disappointing.

Since I arrived early in the morning, there was only one staff member, but the process was quick and I had my car within ten minutes. However, one minor issue was the tolls on the highway, which could be paid either in cash or via the ETC system. I wasn't informed about this at the time. Fortunately, my friend saw an English instruction in the rental information indicating that I could use ETC and the fee would be charged to my credit card, so I was able to proceed smoothly.
