The car was old and in poor condition. Filled the tank at the gas station, but it showed as not full. The female staff at the return counter had a bad attitude and watched closely, not allowing us to leave.

Extremely poor attitude. The gear shift indicator of the first car fell off, so I switched to another one. I asked them to move the car charger and cable to the replacement car, but they got lost. When I contacted customer service, they just beat around the bush and didn't solve the problem. They even hung up the phone.

You could return the deposit (excess) quicker than one month. I pre-paid $200 (car and insurance) then you took another $400 off me ... which I was told will take a month to get back to me. This is unacceptable - you are fast to take and slow to return. Just not good enough, Europcar and Easyrentcars.
