Counter staff (women) not particularly friendly but we still like to use Goldcar.

Wouldn’t use them again a lot off hidden charges forced into extra insurance to be honest there a complete rip off will NEVER use them Again

You should look into the company’s you deal with more ! Such as gold car !!

What I didn't expect was to find that I had been charged nearly 300 euros for additional insurance I wasn't offered and I didnt want. I feel totally betrayed by goldcar and I won't be using them in the future. Their actions amount to fraud.

Booking was as expected

I was happy with the service and the car. However, there was an extra unexpected charge when I collected the car. It wasn’t clear what this was for as it was suggested it was for airport taxes, but EasyRentCars stated all taxes and fees were included.

The vehicle was heavily damaged on collection which was reported to Gold Car, after 10-15 minutes of waiting they said they knew and was fine to take, this was not an impression I wanted to drive around with a heavily dented, scratched car, on return I was 30 minutes late dropping the car off due to finding the location, I was charged 52 euros, not happy after my experience.

Good, easy to use.
