Great value! The staff provided thorough service. I initially chose to pick up the car in San Jose and return it at Los Angeles LAX, but I wanted to change it to Burbank Airport near Los Angeles. They checked this for me. In the end, all I needed to do was to return the car in Burbank.

Picking up and returning the car in San Jose was fairly convenient. The car was in good condition, and the staff's service attitude was good.

Everything else was fine, but finding lost items was a hassle and I couldn't find anyone to help. The internal system was a bit chaotic during checkout and they almost charged me extra. If you don't speak the language well, it can be really frustrating.

Extremely satisfied. Will use again next time and highly recommend it to friends back home.
