The store was easy to find following the GPS directions, the logo was quite noticeable. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient, with no sales pitches. The process was smooth and took only 10 minutes. The return at a different location coincided with German National Day, the store was unattended, but we simply parked at the parking lot, dropped the key in the dropbox, took pictures, and left. It was very smooth... Also, the store was easy to find.
