Arrived at the return location at 5:57 PM and there was no one there. Had to lift the parking barrier myself. Called them but no one answered. Fortunately, another renter told us to leave the keys in the drop box.

Quick pickup and drop-off process. Drop-off had some hiccups but was overall smooth.

It took 2 hours from entering the store to getting the car

Waited for an hour and a half to get the car! They explained that it was due to the Chinese New Year, so there were more people, but the problem was that there were hardly any Chinese people in line, mostly foreigners. I booked a mid-size SUV, Mitsubishi Outlander, but ended up getting a Camry. Didn't want to wait any longer, so I took the Camry. Overall, I felt the efficiency was a bit low.

They blamed me for past car damage. When I rented the car, I pointed out the scratches, and the staff told me minor scratches didn't matter. In the end, they charged me 3300 AUD when I returned the car home. This company is a scam. I will never rent from them again. Their integrity is terrible.
