The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.

They tried to sell insurance when renting the car, but luckily QEEQ alerted me.
