Very good, easy to find the store, it's one of the three biggest car rental companies in New Zealand.

Overall service was okay. The only dissatisfaction was the vehicle arrangement. We were not given the specified model and got a very fuel-consuming one that we disliked.

Hertz is a big company with excellent service. Pickup and return are almost instant.

The pickup location is at the airport exit, which is very convenient. The process is simple, and the car is in good condition, having only driven about 40,000 kilometers. Returning the car is straightforward: just park it in the parking lot and hand the keys to the front desk. Providing customers with the roadside assistance number from the rental company would be even more convenient.

Hertz's service attitude is great, and the process is very quick. You just need to return the keys when dropping off. Although the dashboard warning light came on while driving in Queenstown, Hertz staff replaced the car with a newer and better one immediately, which is commendable.
