The car was very old and had a strong odor.

At the airport parking lot, you can choose from the available models yourself. When I later rented from Hertz, this option wasn't available. I'll stick with Thrifty in the future.

The order required a red or blue car, but when we arrived at the store, they had orange and blue cars in stock. They gave us a white car without any explanation. When we exchanged the car, there was no mention of any compensation, and they directly charged my credit card $100! Very unprofessional company, will never rent from them again!

I loved that we could pick any car at pickup and apart from a long wait to see the client representative it was a brilliant experience
