There were no clear signs for the JUCY Christchurch Airport shuttle bus. The staff were not very familiar with the Zuzu platform and actively promoted their own insurance. They seemed surprised by QEEQ's insurance. I checked, QEEQ's insurance seems to have a maximum payout of 8000.

Excellent service attitude. We rented the car in Christchurch and encountered an issue in Queenstown. The local Jucy branch provided very thorough assistance. I also really like the relaxed and enjoyable style of this rental company. Highly recommended.

The engine's RPM fluctuated several times, but it returned to normal after restarting. The car had driven over 150,000 kilometers, so the condition wasn't great. Driving on mountain roads in New Zealand made me worry about a breakdown. Thankfully, nothing happened; otherwise, it would have been a big problem in such remote areas!

Got an upgrade on vehicle. Took a while to get keys with all the paper work. They told me I had to drop car with them and get taxi for early drop off.
