I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee but initially got a Hyundai Santa Fe. After contacting customer service, they gave me a GMC. Special note: this rental company doesn't even have the Jeep Grand Cherokee in their fleet!

Picking up the car was very convenient and quick. Since we had a lot of luggage, we temporarily switched to a larger car, and the additional cost was very reasonable. Returning the car was done in a second, amazing!
