There was a rental company staff waiting for us in the arrivals hall right after we got off the plane. After gathering a family from the same flight, she drove us to the rental car point, which took only a few minutes. During the drive, she explained the traffic rules in New Zealand. Upon arrival, an employee immediately helped us with the procedures without any wait or pressure to purchase additional products. The service attitude was excellent.

“Day light robbery!”

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

Like: The car is new and good condition
Dislike: The GPS was provided, but in the advertisement, it does not mentioned that the GPS is chinese version only. They should mentioned that info up front. However in general i am satisfied
