Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

No problems at all. Easy to book, easy to cancel.

The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

The car was fine, the over charges noted below says a lot. Staff at counter did not care

Like: Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend
Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty

Dislike: Too much time to check out
