The service provided at both pickup and return was acceptable. However, since the communication about the pickup location was mainly handled by the customer service of Zuzuche, I believe that the inconvenience and additional costs caused by the confusion regarding the pickup location are not related to CIRCULAR CAR HIRE.

Returning the car was very troublesome. There are three terminals at Antalya Airport, and as foreigners, we couldn't figure out which terminal to go to. When we arrived at the airport early to return the car, they were not happy about it. Additionally, they asked us to pay for parking when picking up the car, which we didn't understand.

The car was in poor condition considering the price but it did what it needed to do. The horn didn’t work, we had to share the front seat adjuster handle. Overall it was a bit shabby and when you consider the exchange rate, very, very expensive. One of the reasons we booked with this comps was the promise of an additional driver at no cost. We were informed on arrival that this was not the case and we’d need to pay more. Very poor.

Qeeq need to check policy before committing their customers to deals which don’t stand. We had no choice on arrival.

Everything smooth and easy. Car in good condition. Pick up from airport, but through meet and greet.

Dreadful. There was no desk, we had to search the airport to find anyone who knew who Circular are. Anyone with average initiative would not find the car.
