The originally booked car model in the same group did not meet my requirements, and there were no alternative options. They suggested adding some extra fees but eventually provided a Volvo XC 40 with navigation, which was very useful in the signal-less national park. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the Hertz parking lot. The driver was very nice and helped us with our luggage. The parking lot signs are clear. However, the counter staff tried to sell us insurance when we picked up the car.

The service was fast, and there were no unexpected fees. We bought the $1 million third-party insurance, which is the second most comprehensive coverage.
