The vehicle exceded my expectation and was in very good condition and very clean. Pick up and drop off processes were very simple and fast. The staffs were also very helpfull.

Easy booking process and able to provide choices of vehicles and rental agencies.

Average. Cannot be reached with a domestic phone card, only a New Zealand phone can connect. It's inconvenient.

I booked a Mazda 2 but got a Tiida with 170,000 kilometers on it. The air conditioning was poor. The return address was wrong as they had moved. It took over 3 hours to find the right place, and I had to pay for an extra day due to the delay.

Car was damaged and in poor condition inside and out. When we mentioned this the counter staff didn't seem to care. We weren't shown around the car or given instruction. It had alot of miles on the clock and we were concerned it would get us to our destination. The age and condition of the car it should not be on the road for hire. For the amount of money we paid for hire we did not expect to get something as old and damaged. We are going to put in a complaint to both ACE and AXA insurance. We are still awaiting the return of the $750 holding fee from ACE.
