You usually don't get the car you reserved. I booked a Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon but was given an Alfa Romeo. The Alfa Romeo has no other major issues, but the front bumper radar sensor is blocked by the license plate, which is not securely fixed. When driving, the license plate shakes, causing frequent false alerts. It's pretty frustrating.

The store is very close to the airport, the staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the experience is excellent.

The problem is with payment I have rent the in price of 1380 Europe but I found they take from my master card more than 2000 Europe Could you explain and how I return my rest money back

After I returned the car to Hertz , few days later when i reach Oman , they cut my money around 900 euro with no reason , they are not helpful and not no one explaining to me why they cut the money !!!!!! Very very bad experience
