i have used alamo for every trip ive had and ill always use them. the pick up truck was a bit too big for me (5ft height) and i think ill book a SUV next time but no complaints

Yes I had a rebooking but I already had the paperwork with the old booking and booking number ; The counter staff didn’t recognise the old number ( panic) But I searched my emails and showed the latest booking ( bingo)… Could anything be done to connect the two?

All was smooth. I was asked if I wanted an upgrade but I was quoted an upgrade price that was more than my actual booking so I declined. I was signed up for a full to empty fuel package without asking for it. I believe I should have been full to full. This spoilt my overall experience of Alamo.

everything worked well don't even need the e-voucher as long you show them the reference number.

Definitely I will recommend this Company to friends and family .

Drop off location should be saved in the car GP'S , It will be easy for the customer to drive the car to the AIR PORT parking .
