Not bad

The car was in great condition, and the service was good. Although not located inside the terminal, they provide shuttle service.

An elderly German couple was punctual at the agreed meeting point, both for pickup and return.

The service was great, but when returning the car, the specified spot was Terminal 1, Bus Stop 29, which was nowhere to be found. There were only stops 1-24. I had to ask many people, none of whom knew either. It took over an hour and numerous international calls to finally reach someone. Even the car rental return center at Frankfurt Airport was easier to find. If there is no return location at the airport, it is suggested to choose a more easily accessible location. Returning the car in Stockholm was much easier; there was a fixed location. However, the navigation couldn’t find this spot, and I had to ask many people to find it when picking up the car as well.

The very friendly staff found me a car in excellent condition with only 5000km on it. I drove it for 2000km over 15 days. Great experience!
