The staff at the store were incredibly inefficient, with a waiting time of over 20 minutes. They didn't have the BMW X3 I reserved, and frustratingly tried to upsell insurance. Despite our repeated refusal, they were unhappy, emphasizing that this was a luxury car and falsely claimed the insurance was mandatory.

Short wait time. The rental company staff provided specific introductions to the services but also did a lot of upselling, including vehicle upgrades, insurance, and toll packages.

With big companies, long queues can be unbearable and some people wait over an hour for their car. Here, both pickup and drop-off were fast.

Very poor. They told me the booked car was unavailable and tried to give me a random beaten-up car instead.

Didn’t get the car I booked Chrysler 300, got yelled at and forced to take a Chev impala instead. I travelled from Australia to do an iconic drive from LA to Sam Fran only be let down by a rude lady when picking the car up.
