The pick-up and drop-off times are very strict; arriving a few minutes late could result in being charged for an extra day. Moreover, the location is hard to find. Avoid AB Car Rental.

Overall experience was average. The waiting time was extremely long, and the efficiency of the staff, especially for foreigners, left much to be desired. Additionally, I had booked an SUV, but they gave me a Skoda sedan instead. When I hit the highway, I realized the fuel tank was only half full, even though their policy was to return the car with a full tank. It seems like their pre-rental inspections are very disorganized. I decided not to go back to confirm because their efficiency was just too low. Renting and returning cars abroad often feels very frustrating. Everyone should be prepared to accept this.

The processing speed was rather slow, but the car condition was quite new. However, almost all of them are Peugeot vehicles.

The service was very friendly, but the French are quite laid-back, so the wait time for picking up the car was rather long.

Great car. We rented a full size BMW but they didn’t have one available at pick up. Gave us a brand new Volvo D60 which was great. It had many features including predictive cruise control. Great car. Great navigation system
