Battery was broken, couldn't fix it

The pick-up location is far from the airport.

Although we didn't pick up the car at Alpha, they arranged transportation to the rental location very well. The car was new and in great condition!

Picking up the car is a bit inconvenient. Other companies have counters directly at the airport, but with Alpha, you need to wait for their shuttle to pick you up. Make sure to allocate enough time when returning the car to avoid delays. However, the service is still good.

The staff is not very friendly and helpful. Not as good as all the other car companies I used recently
