Long wait time

The car pickup was convenient.

Short wait time, but the service experience was very poor. The poor experience can be summarized in the following points. First: They kept trying to upsell more expensive models under the guise of fuel efficiency and more space. Second, they pushed for more expensive insurance. Third, after rejecting all these offers, they lied.
