Apart from the annoying upsells, everything was fine. We got two booster seats (without backrests) for children. We booked a car similar to a Sharan and received a brand new (15000 km) Renault Intiale. The electronic control system is comprehensive, featuring power folding seats in the last two rows, a power tailgate, keyless entry, auto-lock, a heads-up display, automatic speed and distance recognition, and an emergency brake system (which we didn't need to use). There's also a touch screen the size of an iPad with excellent navigation, much more reliable than a phone's GPS, likely capable of estimating the position in tunnels based on the car's mileage.

What an incredibly wonderful experience! When we arrived to pick up the car, the lady at the counter realized that the car that we had booked was much too small for the four of us plus luggage. She was extremely nice and helpful in finding a solution for us which she did and in less than 20 minutes, we had an amazing car and were on our way. I was impressed by the level of service and of the friendliness and efficiency of the lady at the counter who took care of me. Because of her, I am now a lifetime customer of Europcar!

Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule, avec 2 enfants et étant prétendument en file "prioritaire". Aucune vérification du véhicule effectuée par EuropCar lors de sa récupération. On nous a proposé une upgrade vers un véhicule "offre spéciale super interessante": plus de 2 fois plus cher pour avoir un véhicule de catégorie supérieure: scandaleux !
