The overall service was fine, but the car provided was very unsatisfactory. There was a significant difference between the two car categories. I rented a Mercedes CLA but was actually given a Citroën, which is a huge downgrade.

We arrived at the scheduled pickup location before the reserved time, only to be told that our reserved car had been returned to another location by the previous customer. We were told to pick it up ourselves from the other location. The staff showed no sense of responsibility, with an attitude like, 'Just go get it yourself.' We had no choice but to take a taxi to the other location, and we are still negotiating compensation with the car rental platform. Despite agreeing to return the car to our scheduled drop-off point, we were charged a one way fee again when returning it, with the staff's attitude being consistently poor. It was a bizarre car rental experience with chaotic management and no sense of service. By the way, the store is actually Hertz.

When picking up the car, I was informed that it hadn't been returned yet, so we had to wait around 2 hours.

The staff were very patient and attentive, and the procedures were fairly simple (since it was our first overseas car rental). The car was in excellent condition, with only 2000 kilometers on it, and the navigation was very powerful. Very satisfied with the car rental experience.
