Good service attitude

1. We weren't informed that we needed a pass for crossing the border, only told to show relevant documents to the police if needed, resulting in a 150 Euro fine. 2. The amount charged didn't match what was told at the location, they overcharged us by more than 3500.

Due to the rental company's shortcomings, the vehicle wasn't ready, making us wait for over half an hour. They also failed to point out previous scratches and accidents; the car was covered in water spots after washing, so we had to inspect it ourselves.

The waiting time in line was very short, but the staff were not very polite.

I originally booked a POLO online, but when I arrived at the store, they said the car I booked was too small for three people and asked if I wanted to change the car. I went to the parking lot to check, and they had arranged a FIAT500 for me, a two-door small car, and the back seats couldn't accommodate anyone. After further communication, they finally replaced it with a POLO. It's so strange, couldn't they see the model I booked in the order? There was a language barrier, so I couldn't argue with them, which wasted a lot of time. I am not very satisfied with this service.
