The attendant at the key pickup location was a bit impatient, which wasn't a great experience. Fortunately, at the car pickup location, the staff were very patient and friendly when answering questions. Much appreciated!

Very dissatisfied. I booked a Touran, but ended up with a seven-seater van. This made our trip very inconvenient, especially given the narrow streets and height restrictions in European parking garages. The rear seats could be adjusted as per the instruction manual provided, but it was difficult to install. When I sought help from the staff, they threatened to fine me 1000 euros for adjusting the seats, despite there being instructions in the car indicating that we could adjust them ourselves.

The front desk was very nice, and the car was new and clean.

The staff at car pickup was very friendly and professional. The process of both picking up and returning the car was very quick.
