The service attitude was terrible. They gave us an old Italian car with a bad smell.

When leaving with the car, the first gate was to take a ticket, which was a bit confusing at first on how to proceed, but fortunately other people in their cars gave tips.

The deposit was withheld without explanation. I only realized it several hours later when I received a text message. When I asked about it while returning the car, they finally provided an explanation. The wait time was very long, it seems their business is too good.
