The car broke down midway, so I had to change my plans, switch to a new car, and continue the journey.

The car is very new and the service attitude is excellent. Both picking up and returning the car are very convenient.

After all, it is a big company, very professional, and the efficiency of car rental and return is very high. In the US, renting and returning cars is convenient and fast. The staff suggested insurance but respected the customers' choice.

Booked a mid size SUV specifically to fit our luggage. As soon as the rental clerk realised we didn’t need the additional insurance we were palmed off with a smaller SUV than needed. No pre inspection by the staff, couldn’t be bothered, luckily I always take extensive photos and videos as on returning the vehicle the inspection guy stated that I should have highlighted the parking dents and scratches before hand. Luckily I have photos on pickup and drop off. Beware!
