Excellent overall except for the lady at the counter for which the score is zero

The lady forcefully charged the one way fee to my card when it was paid for. Upon showing her she refused to reverse it and then after a lot of persuasion convereted the amount into a deposit. She also insisted that i by an insurance and told me that the insurance that I had pre purchased was of no use. I think overall except the lady at the counter the experience was excellent

it was easy and quick, the price drop did not work for me since there was no price drop on what I had booked. Loved the platform

Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.
