Whole process of booking, collecting and returning the car was extremely straightforward

Very inconsistent customer service. Processes are very confusing - almost got overcharged. Waiting time is very long at pick up.

We had booked a SUV and when we go to the counter we were told they do not have it. We were given a mini van. The car was horrible and did not even have a charging spot. After persuading the staff we were asked to come the next day to get the SUV. It was a long drive for us with all the traffic. This spoilt our vacation.

We expect better service and the booking site should also ensure that the type of car booked is available at the site.

I made a reservation two weeks before and when went for pickup even they have the cars available they repeatedly saying those are not available and giving for others. They constantly saying to upgrade and trying to make me to pay more....I wish if they could have give available car based on their priority bookings and vehicle class then It will be good and they have given me dirty car and the condition was bad with some sensor lights on the screen

Wait time was more an hour to pick up the car i received, the staff tried to upsell everyone over and over again. Car I ordered was unavailable. Return area has no carts to help getting luggage to terminal. Staff is at Fox is generally disinterested. Will never rent from Fox again.

Robinson and Francis at the pickup desk and garage were great.
