Very good, the car was new and the entire trip went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to wait at the rental counter in Frankfurt airport, and the process was a bit slow.

The company is a large one and the car was in great condition. However, there was a system error. Despite having full insurance, they still tried to charge an extra 150 euros when returning the car. Thankfully, I had enough time before my flight to resolve the issue with the service desk by confirming the contract order on QEEQ and had the charges corrected. Just a minor mistake.
